Wiz Kids is an invite-only pilot of an educational game. Be kind to it and it will be kind to you. Don't try to break it, don't share codes beyond your class or family, and remember it's software under active development.
Wiz Kids teaches computer skills to primary-aged students through an interactive curriculum. It is currently offered free as an invite-only pilot. Features may change, appear, or disappear as we build.
Teacher accounts are created with an invite code and secured by a password and one-time recovery codes โ because we store no email, those codes are the only way back into a lost account; keep them safe. Class codes and student secrets are for your class or family; don't publish them. You're responsible for activity under codes you distribute.
Don't attempt to disrupt the service, access others' data, reverse the rate limits, or use the platform for anything other than learning. Accounts doing so may be removed.
The Wiz Kids curriculum, software, and fiction are ours. Progress data associated with your class is yours in the sense that you can view it and delete it at any time.
The pilot is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it up and correct, but we make no promises of availability or fitness for a particular purpose, and our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows. (You also haven't paid us anything, which the law tends to notice.)
The privacy policy is part of these terms โ it's short, because we store almost nothing.
You can stop using Wiz Kids at any time and delete your class with one click. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, and may end the pilot with reasonable notice via the in-app banner.
